Unfortunately, women are still targeted for violence on a regular basis. There are many self-defence programs out there but Krav Maga has proven to be the most practical and realistic system and the best adapted to the specific needs of women, for many reasons:
- We teach you self-defence based on the way an attacker will actually behave, so everything is rooted in reality.
- We train you physically, mentally, psychologically and emotionally to avoid, escape and survive all violent encounters.
