- Adults All Levels
  Krav Maga is a non-competitive self-defence system that focuses on real-world situations.
- Kids Classes
  Teaching kids to protect themselves and to be safe. The ages groups will be 8 to 13 years old.
- Law Enforcement
  Krav Maga is the perfect option to complete any type of Law Enforcement training for any unit and levels from security guards to SWAT team members.
- Private Classes
  For those whose schedule do not allow them to join the group classes and for those who prefer individual instruction, learn one-on-one with Canada's only Expert!

Sandy Lam

Level G3

Sandy is an IKMF G3 level.

She joined Krav Maga Ottawa in 2019 and has been training under Laurent Mougeot (E3) and Asaf Karpel (G5). She completed the CIC in 2022 with Tamir Gilad (E5) and Laurent Mougeot (E3).
