WOMEN SELF-DEFENSE: FALL SESSION 2026

Our Women Self-Defense course is our most popular program and we have trained over 2,000 women in the Nation’s Capital Region in the last 12 years.

Taught by Krav Maga International Expert and former psychotherapist Laurent Mougeot, the course offers true empowerment for women and girls. That means learning skills that can actually be applied in the real world.

Our goal is to teach you to set boundaries, channel aggression and recognize danger, as well as survive the most common dangerous situations. All women who have completed the course have reported a massive boost in confidence.

I have studied a few martial arts before trying Krav Maga, and I can honestly say that within a few months I felt more prepared to deal with real world situations than in years of learning more mainstream disciplines.
