It is also heavily influenced by my 16 years career as a psychotherapist specializing in addiction and family violence.

Finally, my violent youth in France and many street fights growing up in a dangerous neighborhood have informed my understanding of violence and self-defense.

This book is my testament and my legacy. It is about Krav Maga of course but also violence, psychology and the art of teaching; it is NOT a teaching manual and does not pretend to be. It is something different all together.
