  Krav Maga is a non-competitive self-defence system that focuses on real-world situations.
- Kids Classes
  Teaching kids to protect themselves and to be safe. The ages groups will be 8 to 13 years old.

  Krav Maga is the perfect option to complete any type of Law Enforcement training for any unit and levels from security guards to SWAT team members.
- Private Classes

Thomas Hill

Level G1

Thomas is a software developer and an avid firearms enthusiast. Thomas trained Taekwondo for 8 years prior to college; once setup in his new career he searched for a more practical combative system leading him to Krav Maga Ottawa in 2018, where he has been training under Laurent Mougeot, E3, EIT. Thomas completed the CIC in 2022 with Tamir Gilad (E5) and Laurent Mougeot (E3)
